🧥 Cold-weather rides: what should we bring?

• Layers win: hoodie + jacket. Open-air = wind chill, especially after sunset.
• Hands & head: a hat and gloves make a huge difference on colder nights. We have hand warmer packets as well.
• Shoes: closed-toe keeps you warmer and is better for quick hops on/off.
• Weather policy: we operate year-round when safe. If conditions turn unsafe, we’ll text/call with options — reschedule, credit, or refund where appropriate.

🛺 Are your carts street legal?

Yes they are! These aren’t your grandpa’s golf carts. They’re ODOT-certified, Cleveland Department of Public Safety inspected & approved under-speed vehicles with seat belts, headlights, blinkers, and everything required to cruise legally through downtown Cleveland.

We’ve got two carts with extra space and walker racks available. Accessibility isn’t optional — it’s part of our DNA. Let us know what you need when booking, and we’ll make sure your ride is smooth and easy.

💵 How much does a ride cost?

We price like we drive — smooth, transparent, and made for groups. Bigger crew? Bigger savings. Here’s how it breaks down:

🗺️ What is your service area?

Our turf covers Hingetown/W.25th to CSU/E.30th — including the Flats & Tremont. Not sure if you’re in range? Just outside our area? Text us and we’ll confirm or see if we can make it work. Heading to or from the airport, suburbs, or Blossom? Our partner Easy Ride CLE has your full-service transport covered. We keep it local — but we never leave you stranded.

📍 Where do you pick up and drop off?

Anywhere downtown — stadiums, hotels, patios, concert venues, restaurants — we pull up curbside or as close as the law allows. Browns game days? We’ve got a drop-off spot as close to the stadium as anyone can legally reach. Limited mobility/Handicap and tailgating? Boom. We just became best friends.

🍻 Can we drink on the carts?

Nope. Cleveland cops aren’t big on open containers. But we’ll happily be your Designated Driver, getting you to the city’s best breweries, bars, and cocktail lounges so you can sip where it’s legal.

📸 Can we take photos during the ride?

Hell yes. These carts are moving photo ops — skyline views, LED lighting, and that open-air Cleveland vibe. Snap away, post it, and tag @thegolfcartgirlcle so we can show off your ride.
