Rider Liability & Safety Disclaimer

Ride at Your Own Risk - Safety First

By booking or accepting a ride with The Golf Cart Girl-CLE (TGCG), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Assumption of Risk

Open-air golf carts are low-speed/under-speed vehicles operating on public streets, private drives, and event venues. Passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with riding, including (but not limited to) sudden stops, uneven terrain, weather, traffic conditions, or actions of other drivers, pedestrians, or animals.

2. Passenger Responsibility

• Remain seated while the cart is in motion.
• Safety belts must be worn and fastened at all times while riding
• Keep arms, legs, and belongings inside the cart at all times.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Intoxicated or disruptive passengers may be denied service at the drivers discretion, without refund.

3. No Liability for Personal Property

The Golf Cart Girl-CLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your ride.

4. Fitness to Ride

By boarding, you confirm that you are physically able to ride without aggravating any medical conditions (e.g., back, neck, or mobility issues).

5. Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, passengers waive any claims against The Golf Cart Girl-CLE, its owners, drivers, contractors, or affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or connected to their ride, except where caused by The Golf Cart Girl’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Severe Weather & Operational Changes

The Golf Cart Girl-CLE reserves the right to cancel or modify rides at any time for safety (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, unsafe road conditions). Refunds or credits will be offered for weather-related cancellations.
