🛺 What kind of rides do you offer?

We do Cleveland nights out, city tours, girls night out, guys night out, birthday rides, wine and cocktail experiences, brewery crawls, hotel pickups, game day rides, concert rides, festival rides, private bookings, date nights, and event mobility.

Translation: if your crew wants to do something fun in Cleveland without turning the night into a parking, walking, and rideshare puzzle, that's our lane.

🛺 Are your carts street legal?

Yes they are. These are not your grandpa's golf carts. They are ODOT-certified, Cleveland Department of Public Safety inspected and approved low-speed vehicles with seat belts, headlights, blinkers, and everything required to cruise legally through approved Cleveland streets.

💵 How much does a ride cost?

We keep pricing clear because the only surprise should be how much fun the ride is.

• 🎶 Concerts, Festivals & Game Days - typically $10 per person each way unless the event page says otherwise
• 🍻 Brewery Experiences - starting at $75 per person
  Brew Your Own Lineup is $125 per person.
• 🍷 Wine & Cocktail Experiences - typically $75 per person
• 🗺️ City Photo Tours - starting at $50 per adult
  Adults (18-59): $50pp | Kids (3-17): $30pp | Seniors (60+): $40pp | Infants ages 0-2 are not permitted.
• 💕 Date Night Elevated - $300 flat for 2 guests
  Extra riders may be added when capacity allows.
• 🎉 Your Day. Your Way. - $400 flat per private cart
  One cart seats up to 5 passengers.
• 🏟️ Private Events, Weddings & Corporate Events - quoted based on the event, route, hours, carts needed, and staffing

📍 Where do you pick up and drop off?

Hotels, restaurants, bars, breweries, parking garages, stadiums, concert venues, patios, neighborhoods, and downtown Cleveland spots within our service area. We pull up curbside or as close as the law allows.

Game days and concerts can get crowded, so pickup and return details may vary by event. If we need to adjust because of barricades, traffic, police direction, or crowd flow, we will keep it practical and get you where you need to be.

🗺️ What is your service area?

Our core service area runs from Hingetown / West 25th to the CSU / East 30th area, including downtown Cleveland, the Flats, Tremont, Ohio City, and nearby neighborhoods.

♿ Are the carts ADA-friendly?

Yes. ADA-friendly cart setup is available by request. Guests must be able to transfer into a cart seat. We can store most folding manual wheelchairs by converting the rear seat into a secure flatbed setup.

That setup reduces seating on that cart and must be requested in advance, so please tell us what you need when booking. We will plan the best cart, pickup, and flow for your ride.

👶 Can infants ride on the carts?

No. For safety reasons, infants ages 0-2 are not permitted on any cart.

Every rider must have their own seat and be able to sit upright with the cart seat belt properly fastened. Tiny humans are precious cargo, but the carts are not built for infant seating or lap riding.

🍻 Can we drink on the carts?

No open containers on the carts. Cleveland law is not playing around, and neither are we.

That said, we are very happy to get you between the places where the drinks are supposed to happen: bars, breweries, wine bars, restaurants, and cocktail lounges.

📸 Can we take photos and videos during the ride?

Absolutely. Photos, TikToks, Instagram stories, birthday videos, girls night chaos, singing, dancing in your seat, and laughing too loud are all part of the fun as long as everyone stays safe.

🌦️ What happens if it rains or the weather gets weird?

We operate when conditions are safe. Light rain or cooler temps do not always cancel a ride, but unsafe weather is different.

• If conditions are unsafe: we will contact you with options.
• If rescheduling makes sense: we will try to move your ride to a better time.
• If the weather ruins the plan: credit or refund options may apply where appropriate.
• Cooler nights: bring a layer. Cleveland likes to act cute until the wind shows up.

We keep the ride fun. We do not gamble with safety.
